Sidney Smolinsky is a native of Philadelphia and the most experienced of the Sacks & Weston attorneys. He graduated from Temple with a Bachelor of Science (1954) and a Bachelors of Law (1956). As a senior at Temple Law, he was a member of the Moot Court team. In 1958, after a tour with the United States Army, Mr. Smolinsky began his legal career.

Sidney is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1960) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1966). Julie Christine Parker was born in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy, she attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2003 with the degree of Juris Doctor. While attending law school, Julie received semester honors and numerous scholarship awards.

As a Plaintiffs’ attorney, Ms. Parker’s primary practice areas include class action, antitrust, products liability and pharmaceutical litigation.  She manages all of the estate planning and administration needs of our clients, and handles our contract disputes, collections and family law cases.  Before joining the firm, she concentrated on general civil and criminal litigation matters.
 
She currently serves as a member of the arbitration panel at the Montgomery County Courthouse.

Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.

Charles Mangan concentrates on class action and complex litigation involving consumer fraud, products liability, and securities and antitrust matters.  Charles has experience in every stage of the class action process, having been Lead Counsel in a nationwide settlement involving faulty consumer electronics devices.
