Charles Mangan concentrates on class action and complex litigation involving consumer fraud, products liability, and securities and antitrust matters.  Charles has experience in every stage of the class action process, having been Lead Counsel in a nationwide settlement involving faulty consumer electronics devices. 

In addition, Charles has experience in both individual and class action tobacco litigation, and cases involving Fen-Phen, Neurontin, and a variety of other drugs and medical devices.  Presently, Charles manages Sacks & Weston’s cases involving Guidant defibrillators and Volkswagen/Audi warranties.

Charles received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law in suburban Philadelphia.  

Charles is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations.
