Julie C. Parker was born in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduating from West Virginia University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Philosophy minor, she attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduated in 2003 with the degree of Juris Doctor. While attending Pitt, she received semester honors and various scholarship awards.

Ms. Parker’s primary practice areas include class action, antitrust, products liability and pharmaceutical litigation.  Julie also handles most of the estate planning needs of our legal services program clientele.  Before joining the firm, she concentrated on general civil litigation matters. 

Ms. Parker is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is also a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
