The National Law Journal cited many of Attorney Sacks’ achievements in its reasoning for selecting him for the 2018 Cannabis Trial Trailblazers Award. It noted his involvement with the American Trade Association for Cannabis and Hemp (ATACH), which is now reformed into the Pennsylvania Cannabis Coalition (PCC). It also spoke of his future plans to take a lawsuit directly to Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who has made moves to prevent medical marijuana card holders from obtaining gun licenses.
